What is RidePay?

RidePay is B2B fleet operations and settlement software for ride-hailing and rental companies in the United Arab Emirates. Operators use it to run vehicles, drivers, assignments, Uber Bolt and Yango platform earnings, monthly driver–vehicle statements, cash in and cash out, company expenses, dispatch jobs, staff roles, and investor visibility — all in AED. It is not a passenger booking app and it is not a generic CRM: the product is built around the monthly close on the plate.

Fleet managers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates pull live Bolt, Uber and Yango earnings into the same statement instead of reconciling three CSVs. When more than one driver shares a vehicle, combined settlement rolls payout, cash received and remaining dues together. Roles control who may create, update or delete records, and finalize, unfinalize and statement PDF are separate rights so a clerk cannot unlock a closed month.

Drivers use a dedicated web and mobile workspace for jobs, pay, statements, attendance and the assigned vehicle. Investors get a quieter login: funded cars, performance, statements and cashins without the full office back office. Onboarding is aimed at one day, with training while you are contracted and no separate training fee. Plans start from AED 500 per month, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, prices excluding VAT.

Upcoming credentials can already be stored for RTA, Salik, YAY, Monic, Network International, Stripe, Foloosi and emirate police portals; live sync for those is not wired yet. RidePay is the desk for UAE ride-hailing fleets that need one close, one currency, and earnings already in the statement.
